  1. Please call 608-543-3434 or 1-800-416-8149 and talk to Gary or any of our other friendly, helpful sales staff during our store hours of Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  2. Our sales staff will take you through the order process, step by step.
  3. Have your credit card or purchase order ready.
  4. If your order requires names, please note that all names must be typed and e-mailed to or faxed to 608-543-3287.
  5. You may request one color proof for your approval with one change before additional charges may be assessed. Once an item has been printed it can not be changed.
  6. Custom art for screen printing has a one-time charge of $20.00 per color for a screen usage fee. If your design requires additional art time you will be charged at a rate of $40.00 per hour. We have many stock embroidery designs for every function or event. For embroidery there is also a one-time design fee of $25.00 for designs that use stock art. If your design requires custom art, please call for a price quote. All art is kept on file for two years.

-Artwork supplied to us must be printed or drawn in black & white; please no halftones or shading. It is ok to include a color version for the artist to look at for color reference.

-If an exact reproduction is not necessary, to save you money, we may have clipart that is similar.

-If the artwork is drawn/supplied, it needs to be drawn on letter size (8.5”x11”) typing paper with a black marker. Custom art time will be charged to reproduce pencil sketches.

-Artwork that is e-mailed should be sent as a (.eps), (.ai), or (.tif) format. A (.jpg) file may also be included, which is used for viewing/comparison purposes only.

-Artwork sent by fax comes out distorted, mailing your idea works best. Faxed artwork is not camera ready, and may result in art charges.

   Adult (S = 34-36), (M = 38-40), (L = 42-44), (XL = 46-48), (XXL = 50-52)

-100% Cotton garments are generally cut longer and larger than a 50/50, but will shrink in a very hot dryer.

-Adult size artwork will fit size (10-12) thru (XXL). Shirts smaller than a (10-12) will require youth size artwork-and additional screen charges.

Price Breaks: Different styles and colors cannot be mixed for price breaks. To lock a price for 30 days, please ask for a written bid. Re-order prices are based on that order alone, not a combined quantity total.

Cancellation of Order: If an order is cancelled by the customer, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee for the garments and for the artwork if it has already been done.

Returned Orders / Defects: Defective items will not be replaced, but will be deducted from the bill. The garment(s) must be returned for proper credit. Please notify us before sending garment(s) back.

Supplied Garments: Thunder Bridge Trading Co. will print supplied garments, but will not accept responsibility for replacement if damaged.

Substitutions: Thunder Bridge Trading Co. reserves the right to replace a garment when needed with a product of the same quality or better. If you want a specific brand, you must state that at the time of ordering.

Printing: All printing is 100% guaranteed. Average production time on in-stock garments is 1-3 days. Inform us of your deadline at the time of ordering, and we will tell you how it can be possible. No extra charge for rush orders! A $5 ink change fee will be charged if ink color is changed due to multiple garment colors. If shirt size is a concern, call for samples. We will not take garments back once they are screened or embroidered. Samples will be billed to your credit card. When samples are returned, your credit card will be credited back.

Billing: ALL ORDERS MUST BE PRE-PAID UNLESS AUTHORIZED. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Checks must be here prior to printing to receive the discount. Purchase orders are not accepted as pre-payment. Normal billing period is 30 days. Interest will apply after 30 days. (24% per month)

Washing Conditions: To make the print and embroidery last longer, do not wash with bleach. Keep garments out of the dryer. EXTREME DRYER HEAT WILL MELT INK. For best results, turn garments inside out before washing to prevent damage of the garments imprint by the washer.

    1. Is this a new order or a repeat order?
    2. What item you are ordering?
    3. How many of the items and what sizes?
    4. How many ink /thread colors are there?
    5. Where are the colors to go on the design?
    6. Where is the design to be located? For apparel: Is it a full front design, back design, sleeve design (which sleeve), leg design (which leg), on the butt of the pants, front of a hat, side of the hat (which side) or the back of the hat. For promotional products: (Location, colors, size)
    7. Does it have more than one location for a print?
    8. Are there any names and/or numbers to be put on the garment? Are these heat transferred or embroidered? Where are they to be placed?
    9. Are these to be picked up at our location or shipped? Shipping information if necessary.
    10. What is your due date for the items?
    11. How will you be paying for these? We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Net terms available with pre-authorization.
    12. Name of the person placing the order and the name of the company that you represent.
